Hello all members & friends,
We are pleased to relay that we have met our fundraising goal for the the elevator retrofit. All of your contributions made this a reality. Special mention to the exceptional generosity of the Britton Smith Foundation. Contributors have been posted on the 3rd floor bulletin board and an update will be there soon.
Please note that the RCHA share of the cost is a moving target with unexpected costs such as the recent tariff impact that was charged. If you planned a contribution or if there are any outstanding pledges - all will be greatly appreciated to help fund these contingencies.
January 5th is the start date for KONE's work. After the live music by Heatwave on January 3rd, there will be no open hours for the remaining month of January. We will still periodically retrieve voice messages and your patience is appreciated in understanding responses will not be as prompt as with normal operations.
There will be updates posted in January including when we have a confirmed re-opening date which is contingent on the TSSA certificate.
The volunteer board of the RCHA would like to extend our gratitude to all those who have contributed funds as well as those who have volunteered their time to support this capital project.
